Cancelation Policy
Yes, everyone has emergencies in life that mean we can't get to things that we schedule.
It happens
If you have to reschedule before 24 hours before the appointment, there is no cancelation fee
I would appreciate it if you could call me as soon as possible. (to at least tell me that you aren't in an accident)
If within 24 hours before the appointment, the first time I give everyone a "senior moment" (no you don't have to be a senior, it can happen to freshmen and sophomores as well)
After the 1st time, I charge a $25 cancellation fee which needs to be paid before your next massage
After the 3rd time, I charge a fee that covers the full amount of the massage which needs to be paid before your next massage (after all, let's face it, the bills will still come in and the cats demand to be fed)
With bad weather, I will call the same day of your appointment and we will talk about whether you would like to come in or reschedule. I firmly believe that we have only one body (and I have only 1 car) and should not be risking it if the weather is so bad that people are being told to stay home.
If I need to cancel a massage, I will call you as soon as possible and reschedule you as soon as possible. The only time I will cancel a massage is when I am contagious (I have a tendency to catch strep throat once a year whether I need it or not) or for a family emergency.
